Order confirmation
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order and are preparing it for processing. If it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Irish time are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after that time are processed on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during sale periods, public holidays or unexpected disruptions. If your order will be delayed beyond the times above, we will email you.
Where we ship from
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse in the United States and delivered to your address in Ireland. The final stage of delivery is handled by a local carrier.
Shipping and delivery
When your order ships you will receive a second email with your tracking number. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days, Monday to Saturday.
We currently deliver to Ireland only, and delivery is free on every order. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged on delivery are paid by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and logistics disruptions can affect them.
Delivery delays
If the estimated delivery window has passed, please allow a further 3 business days for carrier delays. If your order still has not arrived after that, email us at info@conormcneilly.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Failed or unclaimed deliveries
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the delivery was not accepted, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Any additional shipping cost for redelivery may be passed on.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. Email info@conormcneilly.com with your order number.
Once processing has begun we may not be able to stop the order. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email info@conormcneilly.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and a short description. We cover all costs of putting it right.
